Before use, the hydraulic oil (domestic no. 30 or 40 hydraulic oil or other hydraulic oil with moving viscosity of 27-43m3/s when the oil temperature is 50℃) is injected from the air filter. The hydraulic oil injected is filtered by the filter, and the filtration accuracy is less than or equal to 15um oil level and reaches the middle line of the liquid level gauge.

Before pressing, select the corresponding consolidation pipe, mold and pressure according to different compression rope diameters, and use the consolidation pipe to cover the steel wire rope. The end of the steel rope must expose the joint 0.5-1.0D, and coat the mold cavity with lubricating fluid in order to start the mold.

During the suppression process, special attention should be paid to:

1. The molds are aligned up and down, and it is strictly forbidden to be misaligned. If the upper and lower mold cavities are misaligned, the clamped cable buckles will become the picture.

2, according to the diameter of the wire rope, select the corresponding mold, solid pipe.
